The Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) will conduct its annual Clinical Trials Methodology Workshop in January 2023. The primary consideration of RSNA is the health and safety of all who are a part of our community. We understand the long-term impact COVID-19 has had on travel and in-person meetings, but we are hopeful that we will be able to offer this valuable educational opportunity as an in-person event. We will continue to monitor the situation and any change of plans will be communicated.

Each participant must complete an application and obtain from his or her department leadership a letter including the following items and supporting the following statements:

• A description of the length, time, and the capacity in which the writer has known the trainee
• Time off to attend the course
• A commitment to make every reasonable effort to enable the trainee to conduct a clinical trial based on the protocol produced at the Workshop
• A commitment to provide the financial support necessary (hotel, transportation and three evening meals) for the trainee to attend the Workshop (all other on-site costs will be paid by the RSNA)
• A commitment to participate in the long-term evaluation of the Workshop by reporting the results of the trial conducted by the trainee to the organizers and by responding to questionnaires that may be submitted by the organizers

The Society of Interventional Radiology Foundation (SIRF) will provide travel awards for one or two selected Interventional Radiology participants (sponsored applicants must be SIR members).
